Cancellation Policy
Appointment Attendance: Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled spray tanning appointments with Luminesce by SG. Please be sure to provide the address of where you would like your session to be (home, work, school, etc.)
Non-refunable Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 is required to hold your appointment slot for an individual session. Group Sessions require a $40.00 deposit to hold appointment slot.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00. The cancellation fee must be paid before rescheduling a new appointment.
Rescheduling without Fee: Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring a cancellation fee.
Last-Minute Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be accommodated at the discretion of the spray tan technician and are subject to availability.
Unforeseen Emergencies: In case of unforeseen emergencies, we understand that cancellations may be unavoidable. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Deposit Forfeiture: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the procedures. Deposits are forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as per the terms outlined in this policy. No Refunds on Complete Services: It will always be our priority to ensure our clients are happy and satisified with the results of the service. However, if Pre and Post care is not followed the results will vary. Please contact us within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with spray tanning results. We will try to see what can be done as well as determine why results did not come out as wanted. There are no refunds on completed services, however exceptions are made if Luminesce By SG determines it is a result of technician technique.
Communication of Changes: It is essential to communicate any changes in your availability promptly. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Luminesce by SG under special circumstances.
